Jennifer brings over 28 years of leadership experience in managing high-profile public sector projects, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure delivery. Since joining SIB and the Department of Education in 2014, she has been responsible for overseeing the £375 million Strule Shared Education Campus programme, one of the most significant education infrastructure projects in the UK.

Before her tenure at SIB, Jennifer held the role of Project Director at a national construction company, where she led complex projects across the UK and Ireland. Known for her situational leadership style, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of organisations and multidisciplinary teams, while delivering results in challenging environments.

Jennifer has a strong track record of influencing senior decision-makers across both public and private sectors, engaging with CEOs, Executive Boards, Permanent Secretaries, and government Ministers. In her current role, she has built trusted partnerships with the Department of Education, the Department of Finance, and the complex network of stakeholders shaping the development of the Strule Shared Education Campus.

Among her many achievements, Jennifer successfully led the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) for the £238 million Main Works Procurement, securing a high-performing integrated supply team. In March 2024, her team achieved a critical milestone, securing funding approval for the programme. This enabled the completion of the Full Business Case (FBC), leading to executive approval and the awarding of the contract in August 2024, followed by the full relaunch of the programme in September 2024.

Her expertise in infrastructure delivery and stakeholder management positions her as a trusted leader in the sector.
