Andrew joined HLM at the end of May 2024 with over 10 years of experience as an Architect and Passivhaus designer across multiple sectors across the UK and Ireland where he has played a key role in a diverse range of projects, including residential developments, higher education facilities, master planning and commercial buildings. 
Through working on several landmark education projects, I have developed a particular interest in creating spaces that enhance learning and collaboration. I serve as an Expert Advisor for Architecture and the Built Environment for the Ministerial Advisory Group (Northern Ireland) and have co-authored a number of publications on design quality and sustainability.
