Stephen Harpur, MCIOB, is a highly experienced Chartered Construction Manager and qualified NEC4 Project Manager who has built his 27-year career from the ground up. Having started on the tools, operating his own Construction Company for 15 years and progressing through to running his own Construction Project Management business for the past decade, Stephen brings a powerful blend of practical knowledge and strategic, contractual mastery to every development. He currently serves as the Construction Lead for the groundbreaking Strule Shared Education Campus in Omagh, leveraging his broad expertise to successfully deliver complex, high-value projects.
