Yvonne Conway, FCIOB has over 20 years of experience in construction management, stakeholder engagement, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). As CSR Lead for the Strule Shared Education Campus, she plays a pivotal role in delivering one of the Europe’s largest education infrastructure programmes, ensuring the project achieves meaningful community, environmental, and economic outcomes.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, Yvonne is recognised for her collaborative approach and commitment to driving social value in construction. She has led initiatives that promote local employment, skills development, and environmental stewardship, building strong partnerships between contractors, schools, and community organisations.

Her expertise in stakeholder engagement and sustainable project delivery positions her as a trusted leader in advancing responsible construction across Northern Ireland.
